*The First Responder Kit includes all of the first-aid essentials required in a cardiac emergency. Two towelettes, scissors, a razor, a pair of nitrile gloves, and a pocket CPR mask are all contained within a zippered nylon pouch.

The automated external defibrillator is available in both semi-automatic and automatic versions. The standard semi-automatic version prompts the user to press a “Shock” button if the device determines that a shock is needed. The fully automatic version (available for an additional cost) delivers shock automatically.
The standard cabinet can also be upgraded for a small fee. An upgraded cabinet with an alarm and/or strobe light can ensure greater security for the device when it’s displayed publicly. Other optional add-ons include a bleeding control kit, which includes all the accessories and tools necessary to prevent traumatic blood loss.

ZOLL AED Plus Device Features
Audible and Visual Coaching – Calm, clear voice coaching enables any lay responder to use the defibrillator like a trained professional. Large rescue graphics provide visual context for the voice coaching and allow the user to perform the emergency procedures more confidently in noisy environments.
Intuitive CPR Feedback – The AED Plus guides the user through CPR, providing real-time instruction and feedback. A CPR Bar Gauge provides feedback on chest compression depth and rate, instructing the user to push harder if necessary. The adaptive metronome makes it easy for users to perform chest compressions at the ideal pace.
One-Piece Electrode Pads – The ZOLL CPR-D-padz are connected to a single frame for unparalleled ease of use. Just place the red cross symbol on the center of the patient’s chest according to the diagram, and your pads will automatically be situated in the optimal locations.
Rugged Design – The device has an IP55 rating that certifies protection from dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. It also meets military standards for shock and vibration resistance and is suitable for use in boats and aircraft.
