The Best Way to Prevent Problems with Your AED
Most of the common error indications occur because the battery pack or electrode pads have expired or the electrode pads are not connected properly. In fact, almost one-fifth of defibrillators in a Denmark study were non-functional due to expired electrodes.
The best way to avoid these kinds of problems is to purchase your external defibrillator from a reputable dealer like AED Leader that sends out replacement reminders before your battery pack or electrode pads expire, helping you meet state and federal AED maintenance requirements.
