Man suffering cardiac arrest recovers after 70 minutes of CPR

In Oceanside, California (June, 2023) 67-year-old David Mills’ life was saved after he received 70 minutes of in-hospital and out-of-hospital CPR and electrical shocks from an AED. He had suffered a sudden cardiac arrest after a heart attack blocked an artery to his heart, and thanks to the rapid response and advanced hospital care, he was able to make a full recovery.
